Leadership Experience Second to None

We are so proud and thankful to have both leadership and caregivers who have been part of the English Rose Suites and  b◆home home care family for such a tremendous amount of time. It is the longevity and dedication to our mission and services that make it such a delight to be a part of our residential care homes. Our leadership team, led by internationally known dementia expert Jayne Clairmont, work closely with our professional caregivers and your family to ensure that your expectations are exceeded. Many have been with the company for over 15 years and have developed a remarkable level of expertise in providing care for seniors.

Our Caregiving Staff

at b◆home Home Care

When you meet the professional caregivers of b◆home Home Care, you immediately realize that our mission, to provide the best care possible to our clients, is instilled in our staff from the beginning. Our full-time Director of Recruiting Strategy seeks out top notch candidates to support and care for our clients. Each candidate is carefully screened at the beginning of the hiring process.

Our caregivers are carefully matched with each client and we truly understand the importance of a caregiver that fits cohesively with your family. Our attention to placement ensures true companionship, shared joy and a real understanding of the individual’s needs, resulting in a truly person-centered care experience.

I have been with English Rose for 6 years and love my job and this company. I have worked for b◆home Home Care as well as work in the homes with English Rose Suites. I have worked with a client who had Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD) and cared for this gentleman for five years. The path of his disease allowed personal growth for me as well as appreciation for life in general. I receive the clients trust in my abilities and the client’s love to the end which is truly a blessing. I feel supported in this company and appreciated for my abilities. I am truly blessed for being employed by this company.”

It’s a lot of fun going to work every day. The client I care for makes me feel like I’m a part of the family. Most of all, I look forward to the hugs and “I love you’s” every morning I come in and every evening when I leave to go home.”

My favorite part about home health care is the relationship you develop with your clients. I love being a CNA but home health care really gives you that opportunity to spend more time with these people. My biggest thing is making the person feel comfortable, knowing what they want before they even have to ask for it. You can tell how much a person appreciates what you are doing for them, especially when you do it the way they prefer things to be done. The client I am helping currently is my first home health care client and I really look forward to the days I get to spend with her. Recently one morning we were having breakfast and she turned to me with a big smile and said, “when I saw you were here this morning, it was as if I had gotten a present!” I can’t even explain how much that meant to me. To be able to make a difference in someone’s life is probably the most rewarding job you can have.”

Employee Education

at b◆home Home Care

Education and knowledge training is crucial in providing services at a high-quality level. We provide, in-house, in-person home health aide training with our nursing care team to all staff upon hire. Training is provided in a variety of ways including face-to-face classroom training, “in your home” shadowing and/or training, 1:1 mentoring, phone, Facetime/Skype, electronic learning platforms, and so much more. Our care team oversight ensures proper training and guidance for our caregivers.

If additional training is requested or needed to ensure staff feel comfortable to work independently, we will provide additional training in identified areas as requested. Ongoing learning opportunities and resources are always available to the caregivers and family.

Our caregivers are required to attend mandatory meetings on various topics with continuing education modules (CEUs). In addition to mandatory, monthly staff meetings, we hold an annual competency training each year. Competency is an in person, fast-paced, interactive training session designed to refresh and reiterate information and teach new knowledge of care and techniques.

We serve our clients and their loved ones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure all care needs are met and expectations exceeded.
